Text: Compose your own text for printing. Up to 9 lines included at no extra charge. Additional lines over 9 are $2 per line per order. Please note that while the text can be written any way you like, the graphic portion of each announcement is fixed. No changes can be made in the design, design colors, etc.
Envelope colors: Envelopes are available in ivory only
Envelope linings: Envelope linings are not available.
Extra envelopes: $7.50 per 25, plus the cost of printed return addresses, if ordered
Envelopes in advance: Envelopes in advance are available as follows:
--for envelopes ordered without printed return address on the flap: $12
--for envelopes ordered with printed return address on the flap: $12 plus the cost for printing (see table above)
Reorders: Because most of the work involved in printing is in the setting up of the press to run your order, there is no special pricing on a reorder--it's priced the same as any new order would be. Be sure you have ordered enough the first time! As you can see from the price chart, the incremental cost of 25 cards is much less than a new order.
Printer's proof: The first black & white proof from this printer is free. Additional proofs $5 each. Please be sure to include your fax number in the order form. (If you do not have a fax number, we can email an image file of your proof.)
Delivery time: To determine your Delivery Time, add your order's Proofing Time, Printing Time and your order's Shipping Time, as follows (all times are best estimates and are not guaranteed):
Proofing time:
You will receive a proof after the printer typesets your order. This is usually within 48 business hours after you have confirmed your order.
Printing time:
For all cards, 10-12 business days after you have approved the proof. Rush printing is available for this printer. Add $40 additional for printing within 5 business days after proof approval.
Shipping time:
Location of printer: Your order will be shipped directly to you from the printer's location in New Jersey. Ground: varies from 2-10 business days, depending upon how far you are from the printing location. We don't charge you for UPS ground shipping on orders totaling $400 or more. (If the order is less than $400, shipping is $8 per order.) 2 day: $20 and up (varies by weight). Overnight: $30 and up (varies by weight) These shipping costs are for deliveries within the continental US. Costs will be greater for deliveries to other destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties of the destination country.
