| Vellum:
Vellum overlays may be added to any card ending in letter A (5"x7" cards)
or letter B (6"x9" cards). The vellum must be tied to the card with
a ribbon--select ribbon from available styles (see "Ribbon" section,
below). |

| Top Cards:
You may design your own layered announcement. Select any card ending
in A (5"x7") as your back card and any card ending in R (4"x5") as your
top card. The printer will print your text on the top card and will
attach the cards together with the ribbon of your choice (see "Ribbon"
section, below). Please indicate the back card you wish to use in
the Item Number section of the order form and the top card in the 4x5
section of the order form. |

| Two-sided printing:
Add $20 per order to print on the front and inside of foldover note. |

| Thank-you notes:
Some of the announcements have matching foldover thank-yous, but most do
not. All of the announcements that have matching folded notes
available are shown with them. If the announcement that you are
interested in is not shown with a folded note, you may use the flat card
that is shown as the announcement as a flat card thank-you. The name
would be printed at the top of the card, leaving the rest of the card
blank for you to hand write your thank-you note. Please see the

selection of cards that can be used as thank-yous. |

| Envelope colors:
White envelopes are available for all cards. Cards ending
in letter A (these are the 5"x7" cards or letter R (4"x5" cards) can be
purchased with white, pink or yellow envelopes.

| Printer's proof:
Printer's proof after order is typeset is included at no
additional charge. Please be sure to include your fax number in the
order form. (If you do not have a fax number, we can email an image file
of your proof.) |

| Reorders:
A 50 card minimum is required for all reorders. Reorders are priced
as new orders and are billed according to the price sheet above. Be
sure to order enough the first time! |

| Delivery time:
To determine your Delivery Time, add your order's Proofing
Time, Printing Time and your order's Shipping Time,
as follows (all times are best estimates and are not guaranteed): |

You will receive a proof after
the printer typesets your order. This is usually within 48
business hours after you have confirmed your order.
|
|
| Printing

Standard: 5-6 business
days after you have approved the proof during the months of January
through October. (Allow up to 12 business days during pre-xmas
period when printers are busy, busy!)
Rush: 2-4 business days:
$5 additional for cards, $5 for printed flaps, and $5 for thank you
notes, if ordered.

| Shipping: |

Location of printer: Your
order will be shipped directly to you from the printer's location in
Kentucky.
Ground: varies from 2-10
business days, depending upon how far you are from the printing
location. We don't charge you for UPS ground shipping on orders
totaling $400 or more. (If the order is less than $400, shipping
is $8 per order.)
3 day: $12 and up (varies
by weight).
2 day: $18 and up (varies
by weight).
Overnight: $25 and up
(varies by weight)

check the box on your order form and we'll give you an estimate of the
shipping cost before processing your order. See the order form for
details.
These shipping costs are for
deliveries within the continental US. Costs will be greater for
deliveries to other destinations. International customers are
responsible for any customs duties of the destination country.
