This is Birth Announcement #MTK015-GP, "Sparkle photo card with
pastel ribbons".
Size is 5"x7". Compose the text to be printed
in your choice of typestyle and ink inside a top fold white card. The
printer will attach the top fold card to a back card and insert pastel
ribbons in between. Customer will attach horizontal 3.5x5 photos
to the front of the white card. Unprinted white envelopes
