This is Birth Announcement #MTB017-GF (Photo Vellum). Size is

Email us your photo. The printer will print it on a vellum sheet
(black and white). Compose the text to be printed on the center
card in your choice of typestyle and black ink. The vellum will be
placed over the center card and the printer will attach both to the back
card with the white satin ribbon shown. Vellum envelopes. Shown with
typestyle: Century Gothic,
ink: black, papers: silver bindakote; white linen, plain vellum.
Square shape requires additional
