This is Birth Announcement #MTB011P-FL (Baby Pink Vellum Photo Card) . Size is

Compose the text to be printed on the right area on a vellum sheet in your choice of
typestyle and black ink. The printer will attach the vellum sheet to
a back card and will add a white square layer to the left portion of the
vellum sheet.
Customer will attach 3.5x3.5 photos to the white
square. (The printer suggests that the customer crops a 3.5x5
photo to fit. Shown with typestyle: Century Gothic, ink: black, papers: White bindakote,
baby pink vellum, white bindakote square; and optional return address.
