BFC667-554B.  Size 5" x 5."  Square, side fold textured announcement with embossed "BABY" on the cover.  The cover has a cut out window through which baby's name, printed inside, can be seen.  Baby's birth date and weight and length will be printed on a tab, which has raffia threaded through the top.  The printer will slide the tab through slits cut around baby's name.  Compose the text to be printed inside in your choice of typestyle and ink color.
